Returns and Replacement

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your product should be in the original condition in which you received it with original packaging. Once used/ bottle opened your product won’t be eligible for return/replacement

Once we receive the product we will dispatch the replaced product within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving it.

Cancellation:

OrderCancellation will only be accepted if the product is not yet shipped
If the order cancellation request is accepted you’ll get a complete refund.
Underanycircumstance, Saawal reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order, including but not limited to non-availability of stock, price change, informational error, or issue with the financial details provided by the customer

Refunds:

If your Return request is accepted you won’t get a refund instead we will ship a new product to you as per the conditions mentioned above, under the heading Returns and Replacement. In case of cancellation, we will provide you with a complete refund to your original payment source. It may take around 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
